Artist(s) sought for a mural project at Global Gifts Fair Trade, 8519 Westfield Blvd. 46240.
The mural will be located inside the store. The mural should connect, envision and reflect the Global Gifts fair trade mission statement. It should also celebrate the 35-year history of the organization.
It will be displayed on a wall of the new Nora Store, and artists should consider visiting the store during normal business hours to get a feel for the proposed art dimensions, wall sizes and natural light. Submissions are open to artists of all ages, skill levels, work and educational background.
Commission Fee: $10.00 per square foot of in-store credit, Artist Reception & Unveiling of Work, Name, bio & contact credit on website & in-store

- Up to 6 images of previous artwork
- Concepts, renderings and/or sketches for GGFT artwork
- An artist resume/bio/statement
- Medium (watercolor, acrylic, pen, pencil, markers, oil)
- Purposed Style, Size & Color palate
Judging will consist of a panel from the organization, locate art teachers and artists. Finalists will be notified for a final rendering/sketch and those chosen will be submitted to Global Gifts customers and website visitors for a final vote. No member of the judging panel will have a friend or family member as submitter to the project.
The chosen Artist will be given a canvas upon which to create their vision. Artwork is due 30 days from notification of winning status.
