Shipping & Returns

Order Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed for pick up at one of our four store locations are dependent on stock availability. Please check the product stock quantities at your desired pick up location before ordering on the product page.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If free shipping is chosen using a discount code, the shipping method will be at the discretion of Global Gifts.

USPS Standard 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Global Gifts ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Global Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Global Gifts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are temporarily suspending all orders to addresses outside the US due to COVID-19 shipping delays.

If you select in store pick up for an item not in stock at your pick up store, you will incur additional shipping fees and delays in receiving your order.


You can return your item for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied. Orders may be returned within 45 days. Please include copy of receipt with returned products. Items must be in the same condition you received it. Customers are responsible for paying shipping on returns and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges can be avoided by returning items to one of our four store locations with your receipt. Funds from returns will be returned to the credit card used to make the purchase. If you received the wrong item, please contact customer service as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will issue a return address label for you to return the item to us. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge.
