Clear your mind and center yourself with the soothing vibrations of the Inner Peace Singing Bowl. To use this meditation tool, hold on the palm of your open hand and strike the side with the mallet. Use pressure with the mallet around the outside of the bowl to deepen the sound. Handcrafted by fairly paid Nepalese artisans associated with the Mahaguthi organization.

Singing bowl is made of zinc, iron, silver, gold, tin and copper. Bowl comes with a stick made of lakuri wood and black suede.
